Axis Offshore is a provider of high specification flotels servicing the offshore oil & gas industry. The company is a joint venture between J. Lauritzen A/S and HitecVision. The company relocated from J. Lauritzen Office of 6,000sqft at 1 Harbour Front Avenue, Keppel Bay Tower to a 1,200sqft office unit in 36 Robinson Road, City House. The whole office “New Office Fit-out is made up of a Reception Area, 10 paxs Boardroom, 6 Operational Workstations and a dry pantry. The objective was to create a bright and vibrant, transitional office space and cordial<br /> <br /> The Boardroom was to allow the natural light to illume in by maximizing the building windows. A consistent conformity to the design, gypsum-based plasters wall partition was deliberately build in the middle that integrates with custom size full height glass panel on both sides. <br /> These separate the Boardroom from the dry pantry. The infiltration of the natural lighting reduces the need for artificial lights, which permeates into other areas of the office, makes the space generous, bright and simple. Within the interior of the gypsum-based plasters wall partition, integrates a spray paint glass-wall panel recessed white board with a marker tray that is camouflage within the metallic linear strips. The 10 paxs Boardroom houses high Precision Videoconferencing Client’s preferred vendors were installed for frequent meetings with their overseas office counter parts in the Copenhagen, Denmark Office.<br /> <br /> The interaction between the Boardroom and the al-fresco dry pantry is easily accessible. 100% of windows are available for all to have natural lighting and view the beautiful skyscrapers situated along Robinson Road. Adjacent to the Boardroom, a streamlined Work Bench Systems for 6 operations staffs workstations. Suspended fabric panel in the Axis Corporate Color blue not only divide the adjacent workstations, it create a fresh and minimalist impression. The desktop, mobile pedestal and low height cabinets were finished in a light maple wood grain laminate, to complete the design expressions.<br />
